Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Information submitted in an application must be accurate and belong to you.
Private beta access
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or a particular invitation date. Access may be limited by geography, community capacity, safety considerations, or beta availability. Invitations are personal and may not be transferred.
Your conduct
You agree to follow Kismet’s Community Standards, respect other people’s boundaries and privacy, and not use Kismet for harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, solicitation, or unlawful activity.
Beta experience
Kismet is under development. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, and the service may contain errors. Kismet does not guarantee matches, responses, dates, compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Kismet permission to process that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the service. Kismet’s name, design, software, and original materials remain Kismet’s property.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misconduct, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, Kismet will provide context and a way to contact the team.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your interactions and should use sound judgment when meeting someone. Kismet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Kismet evolves. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
